With more than 25 years’ experience working with lawyers and legal services professionals, Robin Rolfe has spent most of her career anticipating changes in law practice and developing plans and programs to address the evolving needs of the profession. She helps law firms, corporate legal departments, intellectual property boutiques, associations and legal vendors improve their organizational structures and develops strategic plans to improve name recognition, increase and enhance business, manage more efficiently and cultivate client relationships and loyalty.
Prior to establishing Robin Rolfe Resources, Robin was executive director of the International Trademark Association (INTA) for 17 years, where she managed a staff of fifty and collaborated with the thousands of in-house lawyers and private practitioners serving on committees and in volunteer leadership positions. Together they built INTA into the largest and most active association of intellectual property owners in the world. Robin established INTA’s integrated marketing and public relations program and was instrumental in its internationalization.
She also designed a leadership training program for volunteers and initiated a professional development program for staff. Earlier in her career, Robin practiced law at Chesebrough-Pond’s Inc. (now Unilever) and the Lowenstein Sandler law firm. Robin Rolfe currently serves on INTA’s Leadership Development Committee, and IPO’s Corporate IP Management Committee.
